    JOB SUMMARY:

    As a Tour Director for North America, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our live performance tours. You will be responsible for overseeing the logistical operations, managing inventory, coordinating with finance, supervising road managers, and maintaining relationships with artist management. Your expertise will contribute to the efficient and profitable execution of tours while upholding the high standards of our company.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES

    • Order stock as required and coordinate timely and efficient shipping and onward redistribution to venues.
    • Check and control inventory at multiple locations to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained.
    • Deliver timely and accurate accounting of all sales data and collaborate closely with the Finance department to expedite revenue collection after performances.
    • Deploy road managers, supervise their activities, and maintain accurate time sheets.
    • Provide input into income forecasting, product selection, and quality control processes as required by Brand Management & Creative teams.
    • Delegate small tours to direct reports and oversee their performance as needed.
    • Produce end-of-tour financial and stock reconciliations to assess tour profitability and inventory management.
    • Establish direct relationship links with artist management whenever possible and desirable to showcase the breadth of our company's skill base, while keeping Brand Management teams informed.

    JOB QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
    • Proven experience in logistics management, preferably within the music or entertainment industry.
    • Strong financial acumen with experience in accounting and revenue tracking.
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
    • Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
    • Flexibility to travel and work irregular hours as required by tour schedules.
    • Deep understanding of the music industry and its dynamics, particularly in live performance and merchandise sales.

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

    • Ability to talk or hear in order to give and receive information and instructions.
    • Ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands to type, handle or feel objects, tools or controls.
    • Ability to reach with hands and arms.
    • Ability to use computer keyboard up to 80% of the day.
    • Visual acuity, ability to adjust focus and peripheral vision for work on a laptop or other computer equipment.
    • Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
