    Job Overview

    The Total Rewards Analyst is responsible for providing technical, administrative, and project support in Compensation. This includes, but is not limited to the following: completion and administration of salary surveys, administration of market analysis systems, implementation and processing of bonus programs, maintenance and processing of pay changes, administration of severance program, report generation, backup to the Sr Total Rewards Analyst and Compensation Consultants, working with Compensation Consultants and customers on issue resolutions, and administration of annual system-wide market review process.

    Responsibilities

    • Completes, purchases, and maintains salary surveys
    • Administers the market analysis systems, maintaining vendor relationships and data integrity within the systems
    • Implements, administers, and processes bonus programs
    • Administers severance program, creating severance agreements as needed
    • Administers system-wide market review, pulling market data reports together and compiling the data for the team to complete analysis and review

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor of Arts Business Administration, Human Resources, or Finance or Combination Education & Experience
    • 2 years Broad Human Resources experience
    • Customer service skills and experience working with customers on issue resolution
    • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
    • Ability to analyze data, attention to detail and accuracy
    • Previous experience working with excel, word, power point

    Preferred Qualifications

    • 4 years Broad Human Resources experience
    • 1 year Compensation experience, including experience with salary survey tools such as Mercer, Gallegher, Sullivan Cotter, Culpepper, etc.

    The posted pay range is for a 40-hour workweek (1.0 FTE). The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions.
