Job Overview
The Total Rewards Analyst is responsible for providing technical, administrative, and project support in Compensation. This includes, but is not limited to the following: completion and administration of salary surveys, administration of market analysis systems, implementation and processing of bonus programs, maintenance and processing of pay changes, administration of severance program, report generation, backup to the Sr Total Rewards Analyst and Compensation Consultants, working with Compensation Consultants and customers on issue resolutions, and administration of annual system-wide market review process.
