TOSCA Automation Tester Healthcare & EDI

Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified Senior TOSCA Automation Tester / QA Analyst with strong experience in Healthcare and EDI application testing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with TOSCA automation, functional and integration testing, SQL, healthcare claims processing, and working closely with both technical and business teams.

Important: Only qualified candidates who are local to the Raleigh, NC area will be considered, as this position requires an onsite presence as part of the hybrid work model.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience with the TOSCA automated testing tool.
• 2+ years of experience performing QA and testing for EDI applications.
• 5+ years of experience assessing requirements for testability and developing test cases based on Business Requirements and Software Design Documents.
• 5+ years of experience executing functional, integration, and regression testing.
• 3+ years of experience reviewing, analyzing, and reporting test results.
• 3+ years of experience testing web applications.
• 2+ years of experience developing and executing SQL queries.
• 1+ year of experience creating and maintaining automated test suites using scripting.
• 2+ years of experience working with business teams to develop Business and QA documentation.
• Must be a local candidate in the Raleigh, NC area.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with Test and Defect Management Tools, including Client ALM and JIRA.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business audiences.
• Knowledge and practical experience with Agile methodologies.
• Experience with Healthcare Claims Processing Testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business and technical requirements to assess testability and develop comprehensive test cases.
• Develop test scenarios and test cases based on Business Requirements and Software Design Documents.
• Execute functional, integration, regression, and system testing.
• Perform testing of Healthcare Claims Processing and EDI applications.
• Review, analyze, document, and report test results and defects.
• Develop and maintain automated test suites using TOSCA and scripting techniques.
• Develop and execute SQL queries to validate application and database results.
• Work closely with business teams and end users to support and ensure thorough User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Collaborate with development, QA, business, and other project teams to identify and resolve defects.
• Prepare and maintain QA documentation, test plans, test cases, and test results.
• Effectively manage multiple priorities and concurrent deadlines.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while contributing effectively as a team member.
• Communicate testing status, issues, risks, and results clearly to both technical and business stakeholders.
• Utilize MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, for documentation and reporting.
