Responsibilities

• Successfully complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program and Buyer Certification included with graduation.
• Gather and document detailed client feedback to validate or refine search criteria, listing alerts, and market reports.
• Coordinate listing activities and conduct buyer property showings.
• Communicate between buyers/sellers and agent-partner on transactions
• Support agent- partner in scheduling inspections, showings and related activities.
• Host and manage open houses to support property exposure and client engagement.
• Dedicate at least 10 hours per week to lead-generation activities.
• Maintain personal production in accordance with the “A Day in the Life” agent standard while supporting your Agent- partner with assigned responsibilities.
• Participate in team meetings, events, and activities in alignment with established team standards.
• Record tasks and activities in PLACE Technology while keeping personal and Agent- Partner databases organized and up to date.
• Maintain clean database management for yourself and your Agent partner
