Job Title: Tooling Engineer

Location:Greater Phoenix Area, AZ

Duration: 9 Months (Extension Possible)

Schedule: Monday Friday, Day Shift


Job
Summary:

Seeking a Tooling Engineer to support injection mold tooling design,
installation, commissioning, validation, and troubleshooting in a manufacturing
environment.


Key
Responsibilities:

• Design and update 3D CAD models

and 2D drawings using SolidWorks.

• Support injection mold tooling,

automation, end-of-arm tooling, fixtures, and manufacturing aids.

• Assist with tooling validation,

equipment startup, acceptance testing, and troubleshooting.

• Maintain tooling documentation,

inventory, BOMs, and engineering change records.

• Support quality investigations,

CAPA, Lean Manufacturing, and process improvements.

• Coordinate with engineering

teams, suppliers, and vendors.

• Work in ISO 7/8 cleanroom

environments and travel up to 5%.


Required
Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering,

a related technical degree, or equivalent experience.

• 0 3 years of engineering

experience.

• Knowledge of injection molding,

tooling design, SolidWorks, GD&T, and technical drawings.

• Experience with validation

documentation, tooling installation, and troubleshooting.

• Strong problem-solving,

communication, and organizational skills.

• GMP/GLP experience and SAP

S/4HANA knowledge are preferred.
