What You'll Do: Pick up, inspect, clean, and organize tooling & gaging Check gages in and out for shop floor use Tear down and assemble tooling as needed Set up tooling and gaging lists for machinists Keep tooling organized, labeled, and ready to go Support machinists and production teams️ Assist with tooling maintenance and troubleshooting (higher levels) Follow all 6S, ISO/quality, and safety procedures You're a Great Fit If You Have: High School Diploma or GED Manufacturing experience preferred (1+ year ideal) Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions Mechanical aptitude and hands-on mindset Ability to assemble and tear down tooling Strong organization, prioritization & communication skills Positive attitude and team-focused approach Why A to Z Machine?
