## Overview
We are seeking a skilled Tool Maker | Machinist to join our dynamic team in Little Rock, AR. ## Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC mills (3-4 axis VMC) and manual machining equipment, including Bridgeport mills and manual lathes.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate fabrication of tools and components.
Perform CNC machine setup and changeover, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
Utilize precision measurement tools, including calipers, micrometers, and hand metrology equipment, to guarantee high-quality standards.
Fabricate jigs and fixtures to support machining processes and improve workflow.
Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machining equipment to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes and product quality.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Proven experience as a Tool Maker or Machinist, with a strong background in precision machining.
Proficient in CNC machine setup and operation, specifically with 3-4 axis VMCs.
Strong manual machining skills, including experience with manual lathes and Bridgeport mills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
Familiarity with precision measurement tools, including calipers and micrometers.
Experience in fabrication, jig and fixture building, and tool & die work.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
