Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 2:00 PM–12:00 AM

Position Overview

If you're mechanically skilled, enjoy troubleshooting, and would rather fix something than replace it, this is an opportunity to put those abilities to work in a precision manufacturing environment.

We are seeking a Tool Maintenance Technician to inspect, maintain, repair, and prepare production tooling used throughout a metal manufacturing operation in Verdi, NV.

This is a hands-on position where your work directly impacts production. You'll help ensure tooling is maintained, repaired, organized, and ready when the production team needs it.

What You'll Do

• Inspect tooling for wear, damage, and maintenance needs

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production tooling

• Prepare tooling for upcoming production runs

• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and determine corrective actions

• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment

• Assist with tooling adjustments and modifications

• Maintain accurate and organized maintenance information

• Communicate tooling conditions and repair needs

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

• Follow established safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures

• Support production and maintenance teams as needed

What We're Looking For

• Mechanical, industrial maintenance, tooling, machining, manufacturing, or related hands-on experience preferred

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability

• Comfortable using hand and power tools

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to read and follow work instructions and technical information

• Dependable attendance and work ethic

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Forklift or overhead crane experience is a plus

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift

• Ability to lift and move materials and tooling as required

• Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, and repetitive movement

• Ability to safely work around industrial machinery
