Description

We are seeking an experienced Tool & Die Technician to build, repair, maintain, and troubleshoot production dies, tooling, fixtures, and gauges in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, blueprints, and specifications.
  • Build, modify, repair, and troubleshoot dies, tooling, jigs, fixtures, and gauges.
  • Set up and operate CNC and conventional machining equipment.
  • Use precision measuring tools to verify dimensions, tolerances, and quality.
  • Diagnose tooling and equipment issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Create and modify tooling designs using CAD software.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Work closely with engineering, maintenance, and production teams.
  • Follow all safety, quality, LOTO, and 6S requirements.
  • Support new product launches and process improvements.
  • Train and mentor technicians and operators as needed.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of tool and die manufacturing/maintenance experience.
  • 2+ years of experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of CNC and conventional machining processes.
  • Ability to read engineering drawings and work with tight tolerances.
  • Experience with CAD software and precision measuring instruments.
  • Strong troubleshooting, mechanical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Must be able to work scheduled shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
Work Environment
This is a hands-on manufacturing position requiring standing and movement throughout the shift, frequent bending, reaching, and lifting up to 65 lbs. Appropriate PPE is required.

Pay: Starting at $25/hour. Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
