Location: Near Kalamazoo, Michigan
Pay: $33.86/hour + shift premium + biannual increases
Shifts: Second and Third Shift (off-shift availability required)

Summary
Join a well-established automotive manufacturer as a Tool & Die Maker. Youll be responsible for maintaining and repairing metal stamping dies to ensure smooth production and meet customer quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance on metal stamping dies
- Conduct equipment quality checks and welding tasks as needed
- Troubleshoot die-related issues in a fast-paced production environment
- Set up and adjust dies for optimal performance
- Operate basic tool room machinery
- Support other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical school preferred
- Journeyman Tool & Die Card (Department of Labor) preferred
- Experience in:
- Automotive sheet metal stamping (required)
- Large transfer and progressive dies (preferred)
- High-output manufacturing environments
- Ability to lift 40 lbs. regularly and work in physically demanding conditions
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with support teams
- Completion of all required company and customer training.
