Position Title: Tool Design Engineer
Position Description: Protingent Staffing has an exciting contract Tool Design Engineer opportunity located.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design mold tooling to support composite lamination/fabrication processes
- Work tool design assignments in support of a fast-paced development program
- Utilize CATIA V5 across all applicable design workbenches to produce tooling designs
- Manage design files and documentation through the Catia Smarteam PLM system.
Job Qualifications:
- Proficient in CATIA V5, including all design workbenches
- Experience with the Catia Smarteam PLM system for file management
- Experience designing mold tooling for composite lamination/fabrication processes; knowledge of composite lamination processes is a plus
- Aerospace design and tooling experience preferred; automotive or other relevant industry experience may be considered
- Ability to work effectively on tool design assignments within a fast-paced development environment.
Job Details:
- Job Type: Contract
- Location: Roseville, CA/Oklahoma City, OK/Arlington, TX.
- Pay Rate Range: $50-80/hr.
- Due to government contract requirements, this position is restricted to U.S. Citizens only.
