Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
1 or more years of experience with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
Data-driven with good problem-solving techniques
5 years of experience with tooling, processes, and facilities
At least 1 major program launch
Passion for innovation
Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
10 years of experience with tooling, processes, and facilities
Program Management skills
Solid background with virtual manufacturing tools
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Final tool design and delivery experience
Familiarity with FAE processes, tooling, and joining equipment
Working knowledge of statistics (control charts, data collecting, etc.)
