DESCRIPTION A Tool Builder applies mechanical expertise to build, test, and debug robotic systems and custom automation equipment in accordance with engineering specifications. This role requires the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while effectively prioritizing work based on evolving demands. Tool Builders are adaptable professionals who may take on a variety of responsibilities depending on daily operational needs. A key strength in this role is the ability to understand and uphold safety, productivity, quality standards, and the ability to communicate these priorities clearly and effectively within the team. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Qualifications: To successfully perform in this role, an individual must demonstrate strong knowledge and hands-on experience in the assembly of complex tooling, automation, and robotic systems. The ideal candidate maintains a high level of professionalism and consistently demonstrates a proactive, positive approach when working with both internal and external customers.
