Tool & Die Maker
Location: Green Cove Springs, FL 32043
Pay: $30–$33/hr + Benefits
1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Weekend Shift: 10 Hours, Thursday to Sunday
We are hiring an experienced Tool & Die Maker for a growing roll forming operation. This role is responsible for building, repairing, and maintaining tooling and dies to support production.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Repair and maintain dies, tooling, and fixtures
Troubleshoot tooling issues and minimize downtime
Read blueprints and technical drawings
Operate mills, lathes, grinders, and other shop equipment
Perform tooling adjustments and modifications
Support production efficiency and quality standards
Qualifications
3+ years of Tool & Die experience
Experience in roll forming, stamping, or metal forming
Strong blueprint reading skills
Experience with precision measuring tools
Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
