What You'll Do
- Create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom where toddlers feel loved and supported.
- Encourage exploration, curiosity, language development, and growing independence.
- Implement our research-informed Balanced Learning® curriculum using prepared lesson plans and classroom resources.
- Support children's social-emotional development as they learn to communicate, share, and navigate big feelings.
- Build positive relationships with families through communication and partnership.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe learning environment.
- Work collaboratively with your teaching team to support each child's individual needs.
- Provide attentive care, including diaper changes and assistance with daily routines.
What We're Looking For
- A genuine passion for working with young children.
- Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Someone who is dependable, nurturing, and eager to learn.
- Previous early childhood education experience is preferred, but we welcome enthusiastic candidates who are ready to learn!
- Ability and willingness to change diapers and meet the daily care needs of toddlers.
