KinderKids Learning Center is looking for a caring, steady, and fun Older Infant/Toddler Teacher to join our team. This is the age when everything is brand new: first words, first friendships, first “I do it myself!” You’ll be the one cheering them on, comforting them on hard days, and helping families feel confident leaving their little ones in good hands.
Experience is a plus, but not a must. If you have a big heart, patience, and a real desire to grow in early childhood education, we’ll train you and support you along the way.
What your day looks like
- Leading simple, hands-on activities that build language, movement, and early social skills
- Keeping little ones safe, fed, changed, rested, and happy
- Building warm relationships with children and their families
- Keeping a clean, organized classroom that invites exploration
- Working alongside a team that has your back
What we’re looking for
- Someone who genuinely enjoys being with young children (and can get down on the floor with them)
- Patience, flexibility, and a sense of humor
- Dependability. Our families and your coworkers count on you
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to pass a background check and complete required state training
- Early childhood experience or a CDA is preferred but not required
