Requirements

• Must be 17 years of age or older
• Must be able to work AM/PM and Weekend Shifts
• Must be able to stand on your feet for long periods of time
• Must be able to learn our menu and be able to discuss it with our guests
• Must be able to answer the phone in a timely and friendly manner
• Must restock To-Go area daily
• Must be able to take orders in a timely manner, package them correctly and take payment
• Must accept direction from management
• High End of salary is inclusive of tips received from guests.

Hourly compensation depends entirely on previous work experience.

THE KANKI EXPERIENCE
When you visit of our Raleigh-Durham restaurants, you’ll be greeted by our friendly staff and seated at a large table surrounding one of our teppan grills.
Next, you’ll choose drinks, starters, sushi, hibachi and more from our extensive menu. All teppanyaki dishes will be made-to-order, and our chefs will prepare your hibachi chicken, steak, shrimp, salmon or scallops, along with rice and a selection of veggies, right in front of your eyes.
