About the Role: Kuber Oregon LLC in Gresham, OR is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented To-Go Specialist to join our team! In this fast-paced role, you'll be the key connection between our kitchen and our guests who want to enjoy a great meal on the go. Responsibilities: - Accurately package and prepare to-go and takeout orders for guests and delivery platforms
- Answer phones and take accurate food orders in a friendly, professional manner
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and correct order fulfillment
- Process payments and manage the to-go station's point-of-sale (POS) system
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked to-go area throughout each shift
- Communicate order updates and wait times clearly to guests
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance the guest experience
Requirements: - Previous experience in a restaurant, food service, or customer-facing role preferred
- Strong multitasking and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to accurately handle cash and process transactions via POS systems
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Food handler's card or willingness to obtain one upon hire
