Mid Cities Psychiatry in Euless, TX, is seeking a full-time TMS Care Navigator (TCN) to administer Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) treatments for Major Depressive Disorder. This innovative role, supervised by board-certified psychiatrists, involves administering daily treatments, coordinating patient education, and maintaining comprehensive treatment notes. The TCN will also update referring providers on patient progress, collaborate with medical colleagues, and attend regular business and clinical meetings. Additional duties include scheduling TMS sessions and managing patient follow-ups.


Minimum Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• Active Medical Assistant certification is REQUIRED. Applicants must hold a current, valid certification from a recognized certifying organization.
  
  
• At least 2 years of clinical experience (REQUIRED).
  
  
• Experience working with both government and commercial health insurance.
  
  
• At least 2 years of marketing or networking experience.
  
  
• At least 2 years of experience with EMR/EHR systems.
  
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Apps, and basic data management software.
  
  
• Excellent organizational skills and innovative, creative problem-solving abilities.
  
  
• Strong communication skills, a team-oriented mindset, and a positive attitude.
  
  
• Ability to explain TMS procedures to patients and administer treatments according to established protocols and training.
  
  
• Professional conduct when interacting with patients, visitors, and the public.
  
  
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality requirements.
  
  
• Ability to follow established treatment and office protocols.
  
  
• High attention to detail and accurate clinical documentation.
  
  
• Ability to manage referral reporting and marketing efforts.
  
  
• Experience working with TMS trainers and support services is preferred.
  
  
• Must have reliable personal transportation and be willing to travel within a specified area.
  
  
• Bilingual candidates are preferred.
