Description

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $20.00hr - $25.00hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Experience in quality inspection, testing, manufacturing, or industrial operations.
  • Working knowledge of quality control principles and inspection techniques.
  • Proficiency with measuring instruments and test equipment.
  • Basic computer skills and experience with quality management systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform quality inspections and functional testing of assembled equipment.
  • Verify product conformity against engineering drawings, specifications, work instructions, and quality standards.
  • Conduct pressure, mechanical, dimensional, electrical, and functional testing as required for specific products.
  • Operate test equipment, gauges, measurement devices, and data acquisition systems.
  • Review and record test data accurately in quality and manufacturing systems.
  • Identify, document, and report nonconforming products and deviations.
  • Support root cause investigations and corrective action activities.
  • Ensure all testing activities comply with quality management and safety requirements.
  • Verify calibration status of measurement and test equipment before use.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, assembly, and quality teams to resolve product issues.
  • Conduct final inspections and release products for shipment when acceptance criteria are met.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on product quality and process efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate quality records, inspection reports, and test documentation.
  • Follow all HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) policies and procedures.

Nice to Have:

  • Associate degree in Quality, Manufacturing Technology, Engineering Technology, or related field preferred.
  • Experience in oilfield services, downhole tools, or manufacturing operations.
  • Familiarity with ISO quality systems.
  • Experience with SAP or other manufacturing systems.
  • Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement experience.

  • Pressure testing and leak testing.
  • Dimensional inspection.
  • Root cause analysis.
  • Calibration verification.
  • Quality documentation and reporting.
  • Calipers.

  • Dial indicators.
  • Torque measurement devices.

Qualification And Education:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Basic computer skills.
