Verifies data, completes state forms, makes disbursement for taxes and fees, and submits to thestateProcesses new car & Pre Owned registrations on RTS software systemProcesses pre-owned vehicle title transfersPrepares and distributes registration and license plate envelopesMaintains follow-up on all incoming titlesMaintains and reconciles schedules for tax, title and license payable and lien payoffsIdentifies internal control issues by reviewing existing policies, verifying changes in authorizedpersonnel, and communicating issues to the Assistant ControllerKnows and understands the Park Place Privacy and Information Securities Policy and adhere toits requirementsAttends weekly department meetings
