Key responsibilities:
Lead the setup and configuration of the ONCO Communication Site.
Evaluate the existing source site content, content map, and site structure.
Define the target-state information architecture and content architecture aligned with the Abbott World Hub model, leveraging established location, functional, and divisional site structures.
Work closely with business stakeholders to perform content mapping, content rationalization, and content organization activities.
Design and author site pages in collaboration with business users.
Establish navigation, metadata, content organization, and governance standards to support the target architecture.
Partner with the solution architect to review and validate the content mapping, information architecture, and site structure prior to implementation.
Support a phased approach, with the initial phase focused on setting up the site and content structure for the immediate release, followed by migration, optimization, and broader site rollout activities.
