    Description

    Talis Group’s company client is a Louisville law firm specializing in real estate, estate planning and probate. Our company client is hiring Title Processor/ Closing Coordinator to join their small firm. This position is full time, Monday though Friday 8am-5pm with a benefits package of paid time off, health and life insurance, paid holidays and 401k.

     

    Highlighted Duties include:

    • Position entails order entry, client/agent outreach, clearing title, preparation of title and closing documents, coordination of closings, possibly conducting closings, and post-closing duties.
    • Communicating with all necessary parties for missing documentation and status updates.
    • Ensure critical title information is entered accurately and timely.
    • Enter in Qualia underwritten commitments, policies and endorsements.
    • Process requests for commitment revisions and policy endorsements.
    • Receive and respond to customer inquiries received via phone or email requesting status, rate quotes or general information.
    • Answering the phones and directing the calls to proper person.
    • Ensures that communication always flows smoothly between attorneys and buyers, sellers, lenders and real estate agents to expedite the buying processes.

     

    Highlighted Requirements:

    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple actions at once.
    • Preferred candidate will be very detail-oriented.
    • Have a friendly, courteous attitude and personality.
    • Prior experience in the title industry and familiarity with the title/closing process is preferred but not required.
    • Communicate in a professional and courteous manner with clients and other employees on the telephone and in-person interactions.
    • Strong written and oral communication skills.
    • Good understanding of computer software.
    • Completion of high school education or equivalent required.
