Description

We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a Title Processor/Closer opportunity with a small boutique Real Estate Law Firm located in downtown Fort Lauderdale, FL.
 
The Title Processor/Closer is responsible for the specific duties listed below. 

Your specific duties will include:
  • Handle title processing from start to finish, reviewing contracts, title commitments, and lender instructions to prepare closing documents.
  • Identify and communicate title defects, along with the necessary actions to correct issues raised in the title commitment and lien search.
  • Coordinate with lenders, real estate agents, and clients to gather the necessary information for title processing.
  • Prepare closing documents, including deeds, affidavits, loan documents, settlement statements, and any documents required to clear the title.
  • Conduct title searches to identify any liens or encumbrances on properties.
  • Maintain organized records of all transactions and communications related to title processing.
  • Assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues that arise during the title review process.
Required qualifications for the position include:
  • 3–5 years of title experience.
  • Proficiency in the complete closing process from start to finish.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Preferred qualifications for the position include:
  • Commercial real estate experience.
  • Experience with DoubleTime software.
  • Florida Title Agent License.
  • Florida Notary Public commission.
Salary Range: $60 - 70k yearly

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits, including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
