Title Officer opportunity with a national settlement company. The Title Officer is responsible for handling large volume of files for commercial and residential files.

responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include:- Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, attorneys, and sales representatives regarding commercial and residential underwriting matters.
- Reviewing title insurance products, including commitments, pro formas, policies, and endorsements, with support from the in-house legal team or agency counsel, as needed.
- Working with buyers, sellers, and lenders to clear title issues and facilitate the successful closing of Arizona transactions.
- Assisting coordinators with the preparation of invoices for Arizona transactions.
- Collaborating with sales representatives regarding business generated through the Arizona office.
- Working closely with local and/or agency counsel on complex underwriting matters and high-liability approvals.
- Monitoring critical underwriting deadlines and ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding items.
- Reviewing executed documents for recording and post-closing compliance.
- Identifying title defects and working with clients, in-house counsel, and/or agency counsel to determine insurability and resolve title issues.
Required qualifications for the position include:- Strong knowledge of title insurance and underwriting practices.
- Minimum of 5 years of title insurance experience.
- Commercial and residential title experience required.
Preferred qualifications for the position include:- Experience with SoftPro Select.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
Pay Rate Range: $70,000 - $100,000 for salaried positions
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits, including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
