POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced onsite Title Manager with commercial experience to join our Thurston and Mason County team. Candidates should have 3, or more years’ examining experience. This position is responsible for examining and analyzing title records to determine ownership, identify liens, encumbrances, and other matters affecting title, and ensure accurate and insurable title commitments. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of the title industry, exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent time-management abilities, and experience working with complex property types.

Based on location and job-related factors such as skillset and experience, this position has the potential to earn compensation in the range of $65,000.00 – $100,000.00 annually. Actual rate may vary within the range provided, depending on a number of factors, including skillset, experience and location.
