    Responsibilities

    • Provide expert support and guidance on vehicle titling and registration processes to customers and internal team.

    • Provide expert support and guidance on vehicle titling and registration processes to customers and internal team.

    • Process vehicle titles, registrations, and license plates in compliance with state and federal regulations.

    • Oversee fleet registration renewals for all 50 states, maintaining accuracy and compliance with state regulations.

    • Build and maintain relationships with customers, tag agencies, state DMV offices, and third-party vendors.

    • Research and resolve title discrepancies, missing documentation, and compliance issues promptly.

    • Process replacement registrations, duplicate titles, and plate requests.

    • Coordinate vehicle registration transfers between states.

    • Manage title processing for vehicle terminations, transfers, and ownership changes.

    •  Ensure accurate and up-to-date records in internal systems and databases.
