Job Summary
Under the direction of the Assistant Superintendent or assigned administrator, serves as the district's lead officer for Title IX and other compliance responsibilities related to equal employment opportunity (EEO), non-discrimination, and harassment policies within the TK-12 educational context. This position provides leadership and coordination to promote an equitable, inclusive, and safe environment for students, staff, and families. Responsibilities include overseeing complaint investigations, ensuring compliance with federal and state laws, delivering training and educational programs, collaborating across schools and departments, and supporting district initiatives that advance diversity, equity, and inclusion goals.
Requirements / Qualifications
LICENSES and OTHER REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in education administration, human resources, public administration, employment law, or a related field. • Four (4) years of related experience in TK-12 education or a comparable public agency environment. • Demonstrated experience working effectively with diverse populations including students, families, faculty, and staff of varied cultural, socioeconomic, disability, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, and ethnic backgrounds. • Desirable: Advanced degree or credential related to education or law; experience in leadership roles in TK-12 settings; training and facilitation experience; expertise in complaint investigation and resolution.
