What You'll Do:
- Lead operational support, training, auditing, and performance for agency partners throughout Tennessee.
- Develop and support new agency openings, operational growth plans, and market expansion initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to strengthen existing relationships and attract new business.
- Establish and advance settlement standards, best practices, automation initiatives, and performance metrics.
- Ensure agency compliance with underwriting, settlement, financial control, and operational requirements.
- Provide leadership and direction in staffing and employee development.
- Partner with underwriting, claims, and corporate teams to mitigate risk and improve operational outcomes.
What We're Looking For:
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Experience in title insurance, settlement operations, or closely related field involving real estate transactions
- Experience leading and managing teams.
- Strong relationship-building, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to analyze operational challenges, resolve conflicts, and drive results.
- Proficiency with business technology and computer systems.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working within a title agency environment.
- Experience leading operational growth, agency development, or multi-location operations.
- Knowledge of title insurance underwriting, settlement procedures, and agency compliance practices.
