Qualified applicants will hold a bachelor''s degree and have a background in elementary education
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with the Curriculum Director and Literacy Specialist team district wide to support curriculum, instruction, and assessment.
- Collaborates with teachers and other school personnel to develop strategies and interventions to help all students succeed.
- Upholds high learning expectations for all students and supports general education and special education teachers in implementing research-based and culturally responsive instructional practices to support the success of all students.
- Supports the development, administration, and analysis of assessments to determine a student's skills and identify areas of intervention or enrichment.
- Supports differentiated instruction based on assessment data, including the documentation of interventions and progress monitoring.
- Provides small group instruction through the Workshop Model and supports intervention cycles for students who need additional support or enrichment.
This is a Title I grant funded position for the 2026-2027 school year.
