Title Closer

We are looking for the right person to join our team who can fill the processing and closing duties for a mid-size Title Company. Must have title insurance experience and excellent communication skills. Must be able to manage multiple priorities. Title the entire closing process and be able to take a file from inception through post-closing on all residential real estate closing. Ideal Candidate shall have minimum 1-2 years’ experience minimum working for a title company or real estate law office.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

-Reviewing real estate contract for completeness
-Create file in our Qualia portal
-Order title work and follow up on additional requirements
-Request missing information
-Order payoffs, HOA, tax and water information
-Work with lenders to balance figures and draw documents
-Balance accounting on each file
-Prepare file for presentation
-Follow up on any post-closing issues
-Title insurance experience
-Active notary commission
-Computer literate
-Must work in the office
