 Knowledge of Reynolds and Reynolds is preferred but not required. The position is responsible for keeping timely and accurate records. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, and have the ability to multitask. The schedule is based on a 40 hour work week.

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Title Clerk to join our dealership team. The Title Clerk is responsible for processing vehicle titles, registrations, and related paperwork while ensuring compliance with Oklahoma state laws and dealership policies.  Knowledge of Reynolds and Reynolds is preferred but not required. The position is responsible for keeping timely and accurate records. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, and have the ability to multitask. The schedule is based on a 40 hour work week. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Processing vehicle titles, registrations, and tag paperwork
  • Submitting paperwork to the Oklahoma Tax Commission and tag agencies
  • Verifying accuracy of sales and finance documents
  • Maintaining organized title and deal files
  • Tracking title status and resolving title issues
  • Assisting with payoff processing and lien releases
  • Communicating with customers, lenders, and tag agencies as needed
  • Ensuring all paperwork is completed in a timely and accurate manner

 

Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer and office skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Previous dealership or title experience preferred, we will train
