    Position Overview

    The Auditor I is a key member of the Title Services Group, responsible for processing automotive collateral and title-related paperwork in accordance with state and county requirements. This fast-paced position requires strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to consistently meet established service, production, and quality standards.

    The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, comfortable managing a high volume of work, and able to research and resolve title-related issues efficiently.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage a high volume of tasks accurately, efficiently, and within established service-level expectations.
    • Process automotive title and collateral paperwork in accordance with applicable state and county requirements.
    • Sort, organize, validate, complete, execute, and ship documentation according to established procedures.
    • Communicate effectively by phone and email with motor vehicle agencies, internal departments, and clients regarding title-related questions and issues.
    • Use company proprietary software to conduct research and perform data entry.
    • Research, analyze, and resolve problems in a timely and accurate manner.
    • Consistently meet established production, quality, and service-level goals.
    • Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
    • Maintain compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and applicable requirements.
    • Complete required safety and ergonomic training and follow department guidelines.
    • Respond to inquiries via fax and email as needed.
    • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
    • Maintain schedule flexibility based on business needs, including the ability to work overtime when required.

    Work Schedule

    6:00 AM - 2:30 PM PST

    Schedule flexibility and overtime may be required based on business needs.
