THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 2+ years of experience in a dealer and/or DMV title department, tag agency, compliance, administrative quality control, or similar role
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, Outlook, and point-of-sale systems
• Ability to interact effectively via telephone and email
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and prioritization skills
• Strong interpersonal, active listening, analytical, and critical-thinking abilities

Bilingual in Spanish/English, along with experience working in a tag and title office, placing liens, researching state-specific requirements, and supporting compliance initiatives in a fast-paced environment are preferred.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A TITLE AND COMPLIANCE COORDINATOR

This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.

As our Title and Compliance Coordinator, you'll review vehicle titles, verify VIN numbers, odometer readings, lien releases, and supporting documentation while ensuring proper lien placement and regulatory compliance. Your day may include researching title requirements across multiple states, communicating with agencies to obtain critical information, assisting with payoffs, insurance claims, repossessions, and charge-offs, and supporting underwriting, new loan closings, and internal audits.
