Experienced Marcellus & Utica Shale title folks, this one's for you! We're expanding across PA/WV/OH and looking for Title Agents who already know the courthouses, the peculiarities of Appalachian title, and how to move a project forward.

What You'll Need
- 5+ years of mineral title experience (chain of title, HBP/leasehold, mineral/royalty ownership, curative) across WV, OH, & PA
- Active AAPL membership or willing to obtain
- Strong computer/Excel skills
- Ability to contract as a business entity and meet Dudley's standard contractor guidelines
Nice to Have
- Heirship, coal, or vintage lease analysis experience: title back to the 1850s–1920s
- Prior Review, Title Team Lead, or Crew Chief Experience
