Responsibilities:- Perform tire mounting, balancing, rotation, and replacement on a variety of vehicles
- Inspect tires for wear, damage, and proper inflation levels
- Conduct wheel alignments and identify suspension or steering issues
- Diagnose and repair flat tires, including patching and plugging
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and basic mechanical maintenance
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Communicate repair needs and recommendations clearly to customers or service advisors
Requirements:- Prior experience as a tire technician, lube tech, or general mechanic preferred
- Familiarity with tire mounting and balancing equipment
- Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanical systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
