    Wright Tire Company is a long-established staple of the Cleburne community. We are a high-volume shop known for fast, reliable service for everything from daily drivers to heavy-duty AG equipment and city fleets.

    We are looking for a Tire Technician who is energetic, reliable, and ready to work. This isn't just about changing rubber; it's about being a critical part of a professional team that keeps Cleburne moving. We need you to show up on time and work hard!

    What You'll Do:

    • Precision Tire Service: Perform expert mounting, balancing, and rotations for passenger cars, light trucks, and mid-sized commercial vehicles.
    • Flat Repair: Quickly and safely diagnose and repair tire punctures according to industry safety standards.
    • LOF Maintenance: Assist with Lube, Oil, and Filter services and basic preventative maintenance.
    • Shop Flow: Keep the bays clean and organized. Support the Mechanics by staging tires and clearing out old inventory.
    • Safety Inspections: Perform basic multi-point inspections (tread depth, pressure, brake wear) to ensure every customer stays safe on the road.
    • Documentation: Write clearly and legibly to log your work accurately, ensuring all parts and scrap fees are accounted for.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience: 1–2 years of tire shop experience preferred, but we will train a highly motivated candidate with the right attitude and a strong work ethic.
    • Physical Strength: Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly (heavy-duty and commercial tires) and work in a fast-paced shop environment.
    • Reliability: You must be a "show-up-every-day" person. Our team relies on you to keep the volume moving.
    • License: Valid Driver's License with a clean record (Required to move customer vehicles).
    • Attention to Detail: Ability to follow torque specifications and safety protocols every single time.
