Frontline Sales Representative – Cocoa Beach, FL

Active Florida Real Estate License Required

Capital Vacations is seeking experienced sales professionals to join our Frontline Sales Team in Cocoa Beach, Florida.

If you have a strong sales background and an active Florida Real Estate License, we provide the training, technology, and support to help you transition into the vacation ownership industry. Previous timeshare experience is not required.

Compensation & Earning Potential

• Up to 18% commission

• $15/hour training pay for the first 60 days

• Weekly commission payouts

Responsibilities

• Meet with qualified guests and present vacation ownership opportunities.

• Identify guest needs and build value through engaging presentations.

• Address questions and objections while guiding guests through the sales process.

• Develop relationships and close sales.

• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and sales development.

Training & Development

• In-person new-hire sales training.

• Hyperbound AI-powered sales training and role-play.

• Vacation ownership product education.

• Sales techniques, objection handling, and closing strategies.

• Ongoing coaching and development from sales leadership.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Real Estate License required.

• Previous sales experience required.

• Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills.

• Ability to build relationships and overcome objections.

• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented.

• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.

Sales experience in real estate, automotive, luxury retail, hospitality, or other commission-based industries is encouraged. Timeshare experience is welcome but not required.
