Duration: 06 Months Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Customer service by responding to employee inquiries via various sources such as resource email accounts, help desk, phone calls and employee inquiries to the Employee Service Center.
- Support will entail administration within various time recording systems
- Performing time adjustments
- Maintaining holiday schedules
- Prorating holiday hour entitlements and weekly Gate Waiver exceptions
- System training and testing when system changes occur
- Weekly reporting and audit support
- Complete required tasks independently
Qualifications: - Demonstrated knowledge of Payroll principles
- Demonstrated knowledge of Time and Attendance principles
- Demonstrated knowledge of Wage and Hour Compliance requirements
- Proven effective Customer Service skills
- Proven effective Communication skills (written and verbal)
- Demonstrated effective Analytical skills
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office software applications
