Job Description- Auditing Timesheets for accuracy of hours, projects and pay types.
- Job requires significant analytical skills, data entry and effective communication skills.
- Auditing for employee signatures and approvals prior to processing for Compliance and Policy restrictions.
- Providing accurate, friendly and professional customer service to employees working in multiple states.
- Providing guidance to HR business partners on State Labor Laws and timelines for payouts.
- Opening and closing customer cases in a timely and concise manner.
- Testing new programs and processes as needed, updating desk top procedures as programs change.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel.
Skills Required- 3 years’ Time Collection experience with Autotime or a comparable system General knowledge of state labor laws MS Access Experience.
- Excellent communication skills. Familiar with Microsoft Excel. Office Setting.
