This is a role for someone who doesn't just scroll TikTok, but truly gets how it works and knows how to turn that knowledge into sales.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Fluency
- Leverage deep knowledge of TikTok Seller Center and API integrations
- Utilize understanding of algorithm-driven discovery to maximize product visibility
Affiliate & Creator Strategy
- Build and manage networks of creators to promote products via affiliate links
- Develop and maintain relationships that drive consistent, scalable growth
Content Optimization
- Create and oversee shoppable UGC content designed to convert viewers into buyers
- Ensure all content aligns with platform best practices and audience behavior
Live Stream Management
- Coordinate, host, or advise on live shopping sessions
- Optimize live stream performance to drive real-time engagement and sales
Qualifications
- Deep, hands-on knowledge of TikTok Shop and the broader TikTok ecosystem
- Experience with affiliate marketing and creator partnerships
- Strong understanding of social commerce and shoppable content strategy
