Job Title: TIG Welding and Manufacturing Technician
Pay: $24 - $26 per hour
Hours: Monday-Friday, 6:30 am to 4 pm

As a TIG Welding and Manufacturing Technician, you'll support high-quality fabrication and welding processes. You'll work closely with supervisors, engineers, and quality control team members to deliver excellent products while maintaining safety and efficiency.
What You'll Do
As a TIG Welding and Manufacturing Technician, you will be responsible for
Perform TIG welding according to blueprints, drawings, and specific instructions, working with stainless steel and aluminum
Monitor production processes to ensure accuracy and quality, making adjustments as needed
Follow all safety procedures and PPE protocols, including lockout/tagout procedures
Record production data, including quantities produced, scrap rates, and manufacturing issues
Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and quality control team members to maintain workflow and meet production goals
What You'll Bring

Hands-on experience with TIG welding
A basic understanding of metal fabrication processes and technical drawings
Strong attention to detail and pride in quality craftsmanship
Physical stamina, dexterity, problem-solving skills, and mechanical aptitude
