What Youll Do
As a TIG Welder, you will be responsible for
- setting up and operating TIG welding equipment to join thin-gauge stainless steel and aluminum sheets
- meticulously preparing materials, following safety procedures, and adhering to quality standards
- troubleshooting welding issues, documenting work completed, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace
- ensuring all welds meet specified standards and customer requirements
- collaborating with team members to meet daily production goals
What Youll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have
- at least 2+ years of TIG welding experience, specifically with stainless steel and aluminum sheet metal
- familiarity working with thin gauges (14g and 16g)
- a strong understanding of welding techniques and craftsmanship
- certification in TIG welding is a plus
- reliability, excellent attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and manipulate welding tools comfortably
