Pay: $24–$30/hour based on experience and weld test

• Day Shift: 5:00 AM–3:30 PM, Monday–Friday
• Night Shift: 3:30 PM–2:00 AM, Monday–Friday
• Saturday: Half-day shifts required

Job Description

We are hiring experienced TIG Welders / Fabricators for long-term opportunities with an established metal manufacturing company. This is a skilled position involving precision TIG welding, custom metal fabrication, and blueprint reading. MIG welding experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform TIG welding on metal components and assemblies.
• Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and engineering drawings.
• Fit, tack, and weld fabricated parts to specifications.
• Operate cutting, bending, and forming equipment.
• Measure and inspect parts using calipers, gauges, and precision tools.
• Maintain quality standards and follow safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous TIG welding experience required.
• Metal fabrication and fit-up experience.
• Strong blueprint reading and measurement skills.
• Ability to work independently from engineering drawings.
• Must pass a TIG welding and fabrication test.
• MIG welding experience is a plus.
