    Title: Ticket Sales & Service Representative 

    Department Code & Name: 90404- Event Operations 

    FLSA Status: Exempt 

    Location: Remote (U.S.-based, primarily over videoconference and digital platforms) withneed for possible travel,especially in-season. 

    Job Summary: 

    We are seeking a motivated and energetic Ticket Sales & Service Representative to join ourticket sales team. This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to work in the growingworld of professional volleyball and play a critical role in driving attendance across allvenues. As a Sales Team Representative, you will focus on selling individual tickets, grouppackages, and season memberships while providing exceptional customer service to fans.This position is ideal for candidates passionate about sports, sales, and deliveringmemorable experiences.     Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Actively sell single-game tickets, group packages, and season memberships for events across multiple venues.
    • Engage potential customers through phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Collaborate with the ticket sales team to meet and exceed both individual and team sales targets.
    • Support ticket sales campaigns, promotions, and special offers to attract fans and boost attendance.
    • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
    • Represent the organization at games, events, and community outreach initiatives, promoting ticketing opportunities.
    • Continuously expand knowledge of teams, players, and venues to effectively communicate their value to potential buyers.

    Required Skills/Abilities:

    Eager to learn more about sales, customer service, and the sports industry (previous sales experience is a plus but not required). 
    Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine passion for engaging with others. 
    Self-motivated, with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. 
    Able to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment. 
    Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.). 

    Education and Experience: 

    High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, sports management, or related field a plus. 
    Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but notrequired.
    Passion for sports and a willingness to learn aboutticket sales is encouraged.
    Experience with CRM software,ticketing platforms, or event coordination is a plus.
    An interestin volleyball orthe sports industry is beneficial. 

    Work Environment & Physical Requirements (Remote): 

    Ability to operate a computer and use a keyboard, mouse, and video conferencingtools. 
    Ability to clearly communicate via video, phone, and written channels.
    Occasionaltravel may be required for site visits and events.
