JOB SUMMARY:

The Clemson Athletic Ticket Office is pleased to offer an internship opportunity for Clemson as well as non-Clemson students who wish to gain hands-on experience in athletic ticket sales and operations.

JOB DUTIES:

30% - Essential - Assist with game day ticket sales and operations for Mens and Womens Basketball, Baseball and Softball home games.

25% - Essential - Assist with post season student ticketing processes.

25% - Essential - Develop ticket sales and strategies to maximize attendance and revenue for all ticketed sports.

20% - Essential - Process ticket orders, assist with season ticket renewals, assist in allocation of home and away games.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Education - Bachelors Degree

RESPONSIBILITIES

JOB KNOWLEDGE

Firm Job Knowledge - Firm working knowledge of concepts, practices and procedures and ability to use in varied situations

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervises Work of Others - Supervises work of others and may offer recommendations for hiring, termination and pay adjustments but does not have responsibility for making these decisions.

BUDGETARY RESPONSIBILITIES

No Budget Responsibilities - No fiscal responsibility for the departments budget.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Stand for prolonged period

Sit (stationary position) for prolonged period

Communicate, converse, give direction, express oneself

WORK SCHEDULE:

Standard Hours: 28 Hours / Week

COMPENSATION INFORMATION

$11.54/Hour

Salary is dependent upon several factors including, but not limited to, a candidates previous experience, knowledge, skills and performance in accordance with Clemsons compensation guidelines.
