Job Summary
Under the direction of the Assistant Athletic Director for Marketing, primary responsibility to plan, organize, and supervise the back-end operations of the Ticket Office. Manage donor and ticket holder database to ensure accurate records, processing and excellent customer service. Provide planning and supervision of students related to Campus Ticket Office service. Analyze support staff needs for individual events. Provide supervision of key events. Process athletics donations received via mail in addition to gift agreements/pledges. Coordinate donor ticket benefits with the athletics development office. Perform report generation, retrieval and manipulation. Work with the Director of ICA Information Technology (IT) and campus data security staff to ensure current processes are in accordance with Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance requirements. Provide basic financial analysis of income and expenses. Establish policies and procedures for the Ticket Office. In addition to athletics events, the Ticket Office will handle ticketing for select student events and non-ICA events.

UC Davis is a smoke and tobacco free campus effective January 1, 2014. Work in a shared office space with constant interruptions and work under frequent deadlines of a high volume workload. Position may require employee to work overtime. Work a varied schedule to accommodate the high number of evening, weekend and holiday events to provide on-site support as needed and be flexible to have varied lunch/meal breaks. Requests for vacation are limited to non-peak workload periods.
