TIBCO Engineer

Role: TIBCO Engineer

Location: 6565 Headquarters Drive , Plano , Texas 75024. 100% onsite.

Duration: 6 months Contract

Role Description:

Proven experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers in integration projects.

Ability to define technical standards| best practices| and governance for Tibco and middleware solutions.

Experience in solution architecture| including designing scalable| secure| and maintainable integration platforms.

Experience with Tibco BusinessWorks (BW) for designing and developing integration workflows.

Familiarity with Tibco EMS (Enterprise Messaging Service) for messaging and event-driven architecture.

Understanding of JMS (Java Messaging Service) concepts.

Knowledge of Tibco ActiveMatrix| Tibco Hawk| or other Tibco middleware tools is a plus.

Strong proficiency in Java (Java 8 or higher).

Experience with Spring Boot and Spring Cloud for building microservices.

Knowledge of RESTful API design and development.

Understanding of microservices principles| including service discovery| load balancing| fault tolerance| and circuit breakers.

Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).

Strong understanding of DevOps practices and CICD pipelines relevant to Tibco deployments.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g.| AWS| Azure| GCP) and deploying Tibco solutions in cloud environments.

Experience managing stakeholder expectations and collaborating with cross-functional teams including business analysts| QA| and operations.
