Allstates Consulting Services is actively seeking experienced Tower Inspectors looking for Level 2 and Level 3 TIA inspectors for long-term wireless infrastructure projects supporting markets from Florida to Texas.
We will also consider qualified candidates located anywhere in:
- Central Florida
- Gulf Coast / Panhandle Region
- Louisiana to central Texas
This role is ideal for experienced TIA tower professionals with strong climbing, inspection, maintenance, and safety knowledge who are looking for stable, long-term work within the wireless industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform tower inspections and structural assessments
- Identify and document safety or structural concerns
- Complete inspection reports and field documentation
- Work safely at heights and follow all climbing/safety procedures
- Support maintenance and infrastructure upgrade activities
- Travel within assigned regions as needed
Requirements:
- Previous tower climbing and inspection experience required
- Ability to work at heights and in varying outdoor conditions
- Strong understanding of wireless tower safety standards
- Valid driver s license required
- Ability to travel as needed throughout the region
- OSHA, ComTrain, NWSA or related certifications are a plus
