Thunderzone is a family-owned and operated entertainment destination featuring a bowling alley, arcade, two-story laser tag arena, and virtual rabbid experience. Our in-house bar, JR's, offers indoor and outdoor seating, billiards, darts, and cornhole. We're committed to giving friends and families a place to make lasting memories and that starts with a team that feels like family too.
This Is You
You handle every customer the same way thrilled or frustrated with patience, tact, and a smile that doesn't quit. You don't flinch when the floor is slammed and you're short-staffed, and you don't get lazy when it's slow. You catch details nobody else does, especially when it comes to payroll and cash handling. You communicate clearly, you lead from the floor, and you treat your team like family because at Thunderzone, that's exactly what they are.
The Schedule
This is a true weekend leadership role own it start to finish:
- Friday: ~2:00 PM – 1:00 AM
- Saturday: ~11:00 AM – 1:00 AM
- Sunday: ~11:00 AM – 11:00 PM (or until close)
Monday–Thursday are yours unless we need you to step in and cover for another manager or handle a business need. Hours may extend beyond the standard schedule based on staffing and business demands; flexibility is part of what makes this role — and this team — work.

Qualifications
- Proven leadership ability and a track record of effective team managementExceptional customer service skills, with any type of clientele positive or negativeStrong math and cash-handling skillsAbility to stand for extended periods and lift boxes of supplies regularlyOpen availability for nights, weekends, and all major holidays we're open non-negotiableExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsConfident, decisive, fair, and open to suggestionsTeam-oriented, with a passion for coaching and mentoringCalm and effective under pressure from a packed house to a quiet nightHighly organized, detail-oriented, and strong at prioritizing and delegating
